Doesn’t every parent want to know how their baby’s day was at daycare or with the nanny? My family is so lucky to have my mom as our daycare. When my daughter started going to daycare at 6 weeks old, I was dying to know how she was doing. My mom bought a baby care log off of Etsy and started to keep track of my daughter’s diapers, feedings, naps, and other activities. I LOVED it!
My mom told me a summary of last feeding, diaper change, and nap when I picked my daughter up at the end of the day. But between my mommy brain, exhaustion, and balancing nighttime awakenings with my school assignments, I often forgot what she had told me by the time we got home. I just referenced the care log quickly to see when her last feeding was. SO HANDY! I’ve actually put all of the logs in a three ring binder according to date for a keepsake.
Although we loved the baby care log, my mom and I both agreed that we would like to see a few additions and changes to the log. For example, I wanted a place to check off books read for the day and my mom wanted a large box to write down solid foods that were ate. So I’ve created a baby log that is thorough, organized, and cute all at the same time. It also has enough space along the left side to use a three hole punch. Click here to see if its for you!
