Granny’s Baked Beans

You know any recipe post that starts with “Granny’s” is going to be good!  My Granny is the best cook! She is one of those cooks that uses a little bit of this, a pinch of that, a dash, splash, a handful, or thumb-sized amount. That’s when you know the cook has skill!  This baked bean recipe is no different. Start with small amounts and add more to your taste. You are looking for a mildly sweet and smokey taste for these baked beans. These are the best baked beans you will ever eat! The next time I make them, I’ll estimate how much of each ingredient I use and share it here.

  1. Combine all ingredients in a 9x13 pan.
  2. There are no set measurements so add ingredients to your taste. You are looking for a sweet and smokey taste.
  3. Bake uncovered at 375 for 45-60 minutes.
