One Pot Dinner is a favorite of my family’s.  This is another recipe that has been in my family for decades.  We enjoy it in the fall and winter months when we want a nice warm and hearty meal to enjoy.  I often already have all of these ingredients readily available since I like to keep a stocked pantry.  This meal is served over mashed potatoes and pairs well with slaw and cornbread.
